Dynamic Resonance Company ("Dynamic Resonance," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our websites, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") available at dynamicresonance.ai and related domains.
Our guiding principle is data minimization: we are designed to operate without retaining your personal information. We do not use your content to train AI models, and after a session we retain primarily de-identified operational metadata rather than the substance of what you submit. This policy describes that practice in detail.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here.
1. Our data-minimization approach
The Service is built so that the personal content you work with does not need to be stored by us:
- We do not retain the substance of your Inputs or Outputs as personal data. The founder profiles, documents, links, and prompts you submit ("Inputs") and the routes, analyses, and scores we return ("Outputs") are processed transiently to deliver the Service and are not retained by us as identifiable personal information beyond what is needed to complete your request and maintain your active session.
- We retain de-identified metadata. To operate, secure, and improve the Service, we keep operational metadata — for example, timestamps, counts of runs, feature usage, error and performance logs, and coarse configuration values — that does not, by itself, identify you or reveal the substance of your content.
- We do not train models on your data. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs, and we do not permit third parties to use them, to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.
- Zero-data-retention where feasible. Where the Service routes requests to AI model providers on your behalf, we apply zero-data-retention and "do not use for training" settings where the provider supports them.
2. Information we collect
Because of the approach above, the personal information we collect is limited to what is necessary to run an account-based service:
A. Information you provide directly
- Account information. Your name and email address when you register or contact us.
- Payment information. When you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we retain only limited billing metadata (such as plan, status, and the last four digits or a token supplied by the processor).
- Provider keys (BYOK). If you supply your own third-party AI provider API keys, we store them encrypted at rest and use them only to route your requests. They are credentials, not content, and are not used for any other purpose.
- Communications. If you email or otherwise contact us, we receive your message and contact details.
B. Information collected automatically (metadata)
- Log and device data. IP address, browser and device type, and technical logs, used for security, debugging, and reliability. Where feasible we truncate or shorten identifiers such as IP addresses.
- Usage metadata. Dates and times of access, features used, run counts, and similar analytics, collected in de-identified or aggregated form.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service, and limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
C. Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect sensitive or special-category personal information (such as health, biometric, genetic, or religious data). We do not direct the Service to, or knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
3. How we use information
We use the limited information we hold to:
- provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account;
- process payments and manage subscriptions;
- route your requests through AI model providers (including via your BYOK keys);
- monitor performance, debug, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- respond to your inquiries and send you service-related communications;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We rely on aggregated and de-identified metadata — not the substance of your content — for analytics and product improvement. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share limited information only as follows:
- Service providers. Vendors who host our infrastructure, process payments, provide analytics, and support operations, each acting on our instructions and bound to protect the data. This includes the AI model providers to which your requests are routed (governed by their own terms).
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights, safety, or property of any person, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- With your consent. When you direct us to share information.
5. Retention
Consistent with our data-minimization approach, we retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Account information is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.
- Inputs and Outputs are not retained by us as identifiable personal data beyond your active session and the completion of your request.
- Metadata and logs are retained in de-identified or aggregated form for operational, security, and analytics purposes, and are deleted or further anonymized when no longer needed.
- Provider keys are retained (encrypted) until you remove them or close your account.
When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption of credentials at rest, encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use caution regarding what you submit and safeguard your account credentials.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Because we minimize the personal data we hold, some requests (for example, to delete content) may be satisfied automatically by our retention practices.
To exercise your rights, email team@dynamicresonance.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not make legally significant decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
8. International transfers
We operate in the United States, and information may be processed there and in other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
