For accelerators & venture programs

Deep 1:1 strategy coverage for every founder in the cohort.

Each founder gets 3 evidence-graded venture routes. Every score is computed in code from verified sources β€” not LLM opinion. No extra mentor hours, no extra headcount.

The mechanism

Vision β†’ Wedge β†’ Bridge.

Vision

The moonshot

A venture-scale endgame, anchored to the assets the founder actually owns.

Wedge

The entry

One beachhead, bottom-up: who buys, why, ACV, frequency β€” the real factors.

Bridge

The route

A de-risking sequence from the best venture playbooks, verified on failure stats.

Underneath all three sits the claim β”‚ reality firewall. The model only proposes β€” routes, and the structured factors behind them. The verdict comes from non-model reality particles: reference classes of funded rounds, demand signals, and point-in-time evidence that must verify against a real source or be dropped. Claim and reality are combined only in code. A displayed quote is a checked substring of a supplied document; a market size is summed from extracted factors. No total is ever taken from the model's word.

Coverage Gate: route A is covered and its score is released; route B contains hidden work, its score is held, and a repair is requested before it can be resubmitted.
The Coverage Gate. Every claimed step must map to a covered obligation before a score is released. Route A clears. Route B's hidden work is caught β€” the score is held and the search is redirected to substantiate it, not to route around it.
Win by Silence: a claimed leap from intermediate state to target state is blocked because the covered transition work was never done β€” score release is blocked and terminal value credit is disconnected.
Win by Silence. A plan can score better simply by saying less. Here the leap is claimed but never covered, so the gate blocks the score and the route inherits no terminal-value credit β€” no covered transition β†’ no score release β†’ no terminal-value credit.
Pilot data

What we can honestly claim so far.

A retrospective venture backtest on a frozen, survivorship-safe cohort of binary-outcome cases. Scores were frozen before outcomes were revealed.

CRF frozen score
AUC 0.756
Top-Q lift 2.1
Our method
Blind LLM K=5
AUC 0.678
Top-Q lift 1.4
Simple heuristic
AUC 0.700
Top-Q lift 2.1
Name-exposed LLM
AUC 0.761
leakage contrast
Pilot only, not proof. Current backtest results are encouraging enough to justify a cleaner open experiment β€” nothing more. This is not a claim of startup-success prediction, investment advice, or validated superiority. Note the fourth column: an LLM judge that can see the company names scores highest of all, which is a recognition-leakage warning rather than a result β€” it is exactly why the frozen, name-blind protocol exists. Confidence intervals on a cohort this small are wide and overlapping.
Opening slide of the Win by Silence deck: search for shorter paths to value β€” without rewarding missing work.
The deck

Win by Silence.

The 15-minute version of the argument: how a scorer can reward a plan for omitting work, how we measured it on a frozen cohort, and what the gate does about it.

How it plugs into a program

Two places it fits.

Applicants

Screening

Applicants run their own intake before you ever meet them, so each one arrives at the interview with three costed routes instead of a single rehearsed narrative. You read what the founder owns, what each route would cost to de-risk, and which assumption is load-bearing β€” and you spend the interview on the decision rather than on extracting the basics.

Portfolio

Coaching

Portfolio founders re-run their routes at milestones. Because every score is recomputed in code from current evidence, a route that stops being defensible says so β€” and the change is legible to the founder and to you at the same time. Partner time goes to the founders whose route actually moved, rather than to a uniform check-in cadence.

Worth a 15 minutes?

We'll walk one of your founders' routes through the system live, and you can judge the output rather than the pitch.
