When you fill out our Smart Intake Form, request a quote, or sign up for our Pilot Program, we collect:

Company Data: Business name, website, revenue estimates (US vs. Non-US), team size, and operational history.
Risk & Technical Data:
Description of your AI Agents (e.g., intended function, autonomy level).
Specifics on how your Agent executes transactions (read-only vs. write actions).
Methods used to monitor hallucinations (manual review, regex, etc.).
Data handling practices (PII, financial data, health records).
Security & Compliance Data: Information about Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) usage, backup procedures, and contract structures (liability caps).
Claims History: Details regarding past claims, lawsuits, or disputes.
B. Information Collected via Technology (The SDK)
As part of the Agent Risk Score Service Contract, you may agree to install our Cognitive Telemetry SDK (either immediately or upon deferred release). Once active, this SDK collects:
Agent Performance Logs: Decision trees, logic pathways, and output generation timestamps.
Incident Data: Telemetry surrounding a specific "hallucination" or error event (used for forensic analysis).
Stability Metrics: Technical data required to calculate your "Stability Index."
Note: Our SDK is designed to monitor logic and stability, not to exfiltrate your customers' proprietary PII unless specifically required for a claim verification.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following "Business Purposes":
Insurance Brokerage: To map your risk profile to A-rated insurance carriers (e.g., Beazley, Chubb, Hiscox) and wholesale brokers (e.g., Boost, Tint) to generate Tech E&O and Cyber Liability quotes.
Warranty Administration: To adjudicate claims under the Agent Risk Score AI Warranty, verify "Trigger Events" (Demand Letters), and process the $2,000 emergency defense payments.
Risk Modeling: To refine our proprietary "Stability Index" and develop future affirmative AI insurance products based on aggregated risk data.
Service Improvements: To analyze trends in AI liability and improve our SDK capabilities.
Communications: To contact you regarding your quotes, policy renewals, SDK updates, or legal notices.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell your personal information. However, to provide our Services, we must share data with specific third parties:
Insurance Carriers & Wholesale Brokers: We transmit your intake data to licensed insurance entities to obtain binding quotes and issue policies. These parties are independent controllers of your data.

4. Your AI Data & Patent-Pending Technology
We understand that your AI architecture is your competitive advantage.
SDK Data Usage: Data collected via the Cognitive Telemetry SDK is treated as highly confidential. It is used primarily for "Black Box" forensic analysis to distinguish between deterministic code bugs (E&O) and stochastic hallucinations (Warranty).
Aggregation: We may use anonymized, aggregated telemetry data to validate our patent-pending "Hardware anchored fraud protection" algorithms and to negotiate better insurance rates for our user base.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. We specifically assess your own security posture (MFA, backups) during the intake process and hold ourselves to high standards of data stewardship. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
